Cooke Lofts is an industrial warehouse building that was renovated in 2005 and is situated in the center of the Powerhouse Arts District.
The building's loft apartments are defined by its extraordinary dimensions that are grounded in many of the building's original historical details such as the large commercial/industrial windows, 11ft ceilings, concrete ceilings and columns, and exposed duct work.
